The Cross Community Network CIC ("TCCN", "we", "us") is a Community Interest Company based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

  • Name, email, phone number and postcode you submit through our enquiry forms.
  • Messages you send us by email or through our chat widget.
  • Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide the service or information you asked for.
  • To send updates about TCCN if you've asked us to.
  • To improve the website and protect it from abuse.

Our lawful bases are consent (forms, marketing) and legitimate interests (security, basic analytics).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors who help us run the site (hosting, database, email, AI chat). They act on our instructions under written agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
